Grilled Steakhouse Pizza from How Sweet Eats // This steakhouse pizza is everything I want with my steak… and it’s NOT philly cheesesteak! That is probably one of Eddie’s favorite pizza flavors, but I wanted something a little… lighter? Ha, I don’t think we can call this “lighter” per se, but I love the flavors on here and that they aren’t covered in cheese sauce. Instead, they are covered in crumbly gorgonzola and it’s melty and tangy and SO delicious.

Mediterranean Grilled Shrimp and Vegetables from Andie Mitchell // This Mediterranean grilled shrimp and vegetables is the quintessential summer meal (390 calories or 4 WW points). It’s fresh and flavorful, with sunny lemon-herb shrimp, garlicky marinated chickpeas, and an array of tender grilled veggies. And what better wine to pair it with than the (un)official wine of summer: rosé!

Grilled Avocados with Feta Tahini Sauce from Food Faith Fitness // These smoky and creamy avocados on the grill are drizzled with a sweet and tangy feta and tahini sauce for an easy summer dinner that’s nutritious and delicious!

Grilled Peach Salad with Basil, Mozzarella, and Prosciutto from Prevention RD // Balsamic vinegar is basically the ranch of summertime. There, I said it. I get it, ranch is bomb.com but a high quality balsamic vinegar that is syrupy and sweet? Life changing. Find the good stuff* – it’s worth it! If you can’t find the good stuff, simmer your run-of-the-mill balsamic for 10-15 minutes until reduced by half. Allow it to cool and thicken – so flipping good! And on this salad? Oh, sweet, sweet summertime bliss!

Grilled Smoky Tangy BBQ Ribs from Nutritionist Reviews // Grilled Smoky Tangy BBQ Ribs feature a homemade smoked paprika tangy barbecue sauce and tender, juicy grilled ribs!

Grilled Fruit Four Ways! from Kroll’s Korner // Instead of always bbq-ing meats, why not try out bbq-ing some fruit? 🙂 Yeah I know I probably sound crazy but that is just the Dietitian in me! Grilled fruit really brings out the natural sweetness of the fruit – try having the watermelon salad bites for an appetizer and maybe also try swapping out ice cream with the yummy Grilled Strawberry Banana Pizza or any of these other recipes

Garlic and Lime Grilled Shrimp from The Domestic Dietitian // The perfect Small Plate for Summer, these Garlic and Lime Grilled Shrimp are light, healthy and full of flavor!

Baked Apples on the Grill from Mommy Run Fast // We topped ours with plain Greek yogurt and drizzled them with maple syrup and a dash of cinnamon.

Grilled Chicken and Grape Salad from Tidbits for Today // When summer comes along, I’m a huge fan of massive salads, specially ones featuring grilled chicken, grapes, blue cheese, bacon, and walnuts. This salad was inspired while I was at a conference in the beautiful Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I’ve been eating it on and off since then, and just restocked on the items so I can have it this week. Hope you enjoy it!

Grilled Sausage Hash from Clean Project // There’s something about eating food you made over a fire you made yourself after a long day of hiking that cannot be replicated at home. But its still a quick and delicious meal at home! The last time we went camping, I made it beforehand, froze it and just threw it on the campfire when it was dinner time. That’s my favorite kind of campsite cooking… one that requires zero prep when its time to eat. And it actually doesn’t require too much time to prep period.
