Celebrate National Frozen Yogurt Month with 20 Fantastic Recipes from the #BlogHealthy Community

Welcome back to Recipe Wednesday; another avenue to promote your very best content, this time in the form of your most favorite recipes on your blog. Each Wednesday when you visit HLB you’ll find the theme for the newest recipe round up, and this week we’re celebrating National Frozen Yogurt Month with fantastic fro-yo recipes from the HLB community!

When it comes to Recipe Wednesdays here at HLB, some weeks our themes read like cookbook chapters, spotlight ingredients or flavors, or simply request the best recipe for a certain situation.

Find an appropriate recipe from your blog archives to fit the theme and add to the collection. Or be inspired to create a new theme-friendly dish worth posting about before next Wednesday.
Each week we feature 20 fantastic recipes from our HLB Members [learn how to become a Member here: HLB Membership How-To] giving even more exposure to some of the best content you’ve shared from your own kitchen. Let’s get to it, shall we?

Check out these 20 Fantastic Frozen Yogurt Recipes from our HLB Members to celebrate National Frozen Yogurt Month!

Peanut Butter Protein Frozen Yogurt from Lindsays List // While this recipe isn’t vegan or super duper “clean”, it hits the spot when you need a healthier frozen treat!   It turned out CREAMY and RICH but the nutrition stats state otherwise.

Frozen Blueberry Yogurt Bites from Zen & Spice // Making these treats is really simple. Basically, you mix the Greek yogurt with powdered sugar (to thicken it a little), then stick a blueberry with a toothpick and swirl it around in the yogurt. Drop onto a baking sheet and freeze, and you’re done!

Fresh Peach Greek Frozen Yogurt from Peanut Butter Runner // The recipe features just four ingredients…peaches, plain Greek yogurt, cane sugar and lemon juice. You can also add a shot of vodka to the mix if you want your frozen yogurt to stay a little softer in the freezer.

5 Minute Healthy Strawberry Frozen Yogurt from Prevention RD // While I don’t use my food processor often, the recipes its used for are worth allocating precious kitchen storage for the honker of an appliance. I just made my second batch of this frozen yogurt today and while I stuck with strawberries, I look forward to trying this recipe with peaches and other berries, too.

Peachy Frozen Yogurt Bites from The Honour System // Using peaches seemed like a perfect fit to make a popular treat totally different with a fruity element. I also made this version a vegan one  by trying out a ‘new-to-me’ product.

Strawberry Vanilla Swirl Greek Frozen Yogurt from Edible Perspective // This recipe is flecked with thousands of tiny vanilla beans and sweetened with real-deal, raw honey…Quite possibly the easiest dessert recipe to ever exist. Or at least pretty darn close. And if you are able to resist eating spoon after spoon straight from the ice cream bowl I commend you.

Blueberry Rhubarb Frozen Yogurt Breakfast Pops from Healthy Delicious // Sweet-tart blueberry rhubarb frozen yogurt breakfast pops, naturally sweetened with maple syrup, are my answer to hot summer mornings.

Blueberry Frozen Yogurt from Healthy Nibbles and Bits // This blueberry frozen yogurt is made with only 4 ingredients, and it’s very easy to prepare. You’ll have a healthy dessert ready in no time!

Frozen Yogurt Trail Mix Bark from Kim’s Cravings // Healthy Frozen Yogurt Trail Mix Bark is the perfect easy summer dessert! This tasty treat is ridiculously simple to throw together, even the kids can whip it up.

Meyer Lemon Frozen Yogurt from Delightful Repast // I first developed a super sour version especially for Mr Delightful, who loves tartness. This version is tart enough for everyone else. Meyer lemons are sweeter than regular lemons. If using regular lemons, you may want to use less, perhaps a third of a cup.

Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Frozen Yogurt from The Lemon Bowl // Made with organic whole milk French vanilla yogurt and dark chocolate peanut butter cups, you are going to love this easy and healthy dessert recipe that is naturally gluten and gmo-free.

No Churn Tropical Frozen Yogurt from Dash of Evans // It’s quick and easy frozen yogurt time–since I’m afraid to use my ice cream maker. Simply blend up strawberries, pineapple, mango and bananas to make this delish (and quite healthy!) frozen treat. YUM!

Caramel Corn Frozen Yogurt from Jessica Levinson // Enjoy what’s left of summer sweet corn with a scoop of this Caramel Corn Frozen Yogurt (a great example of how sweet doesn’t have to mean a lot of calories from added sugar)!

Frozen Yogurt Fruit Cups from Nutritionist Reviews // Frozen Yogurt Fruit Cups are so simple to make with just 3 ingredients and make the perfect high-protein filling snack that tastes like dessert!

Blueberry Frozen Yogurt from Eating Bird Food // Three ingredients and super simple to throw together, this blueberry frozen yogurt is a sweet treat that you can have for breakfast or dessert!

How to Make Frozen Yogurt from The Healthy Maven // Have you ever wondered how to make frozen yogurt? It’s easier than you think! With just 3 ingredients you’ll be swapping out those froyo shops for homemade frozen yogurt everyday!

Easy 5 Minute Healthy Frozen Yogurt from Hungry Healthy Happy // Healthy Frozen Yogurt (or yoghurt) is so easy to make at home and it takes just 5 minutes. All you need is some frozen fruit, Greek yogurt and sweetener and then blend it all together for a delicious summer frozen treat that is really easy to customise.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Frozen Yogurt Bites from Fit Running Mama // Want to switch it up?  Use vanilla greek yogurt instead plain?  Or add in honey for added sweetness.  Options are endless thanks to all the amazing flavors that Chobani has to offer!  The hubs suggested dipping the bites in chocolate, because according to him, everything is better with chocolate.

Strawberry Greek Yogurt Popsicles from Running in Chucks // These popsicles come together quickly and make an awesome healthy treat on a hot summer day.

2 Ingredient Protein Popsicles from Just Keep Sweating // Seriously. Make these.I can’t wait to come up with other flavor combinations.I have ideas to involve chocolate-granola-fresh fruit…..It’s going to be a Popsicle filled summer for sure.
