Today is National Oatmeal Muffins Day! To celebrate, we tracked down 20 DELICIOUS Muffin Recipes of all sorts from around the HLB community to add to your baking schedule ASAP! 

Apple Pie Oatmeal Muffins from Kim’s Cravings // Baked oatmeal in muffin form filled with warm fall spices, wholesome ingredients and all of the lovely flavors of apple pie. These Apple Pie Oatmeal Muffins are made healthy, dairy-free, gluten-free and low-calorie, so you can get your apple pie fix first thing in the morning!

Cranberry Orange Oat Muffins from Achieve with Athena // They came out cakey (love) and light. The cranberry and orange zest kept a sweet taste to them despite the recipe not having any added sugars. I don’t normally like a lot of orange flavored things, but this zest was subtle and not overbearing. If you wanted to add a stronger orange flavor, I’d probably recommend zesting another orange.

Healthy Oatmeal Raisin Muffins from Clean Eats, Fast Feets // A hearty and healthy muffin, packed with oats and lightly sweetened with brown sugar and raisins.

Oatmeal Banana Muffins from Prevention RD // I’ve made this recipe a few times now. There’s really no better use of over-ripe bananas and I always have every ingredient on hand. They freeze great and taste great, and there’s nothing not to love about that!

Peanut Butter Oat Pumpkin Muffins with Streusel from Diary of a Semi-Health Nut // These delightfully flavorful, moist, spiced and filling pumpkin muffins are perfect for breakfast, a snack or fueling for a long run.

Hearty Ginger Oatmeal Cherry Gluten-Free Breakfast Muffins from A Foodie Stays Fit //  I was craving something warm and comforting and sweet but not too sugary. Every recipe I looked up didn’t match the ingredients in my house so I improvised and threw what I had in the bowl with the hopes it’d turn out. And luckily enough, it did. They were a little shorter than normal muffins but they made up for in flavor.

Quinoa Banana Oat Muffins from Nutmeg Notebook // These muffins are moist without being mushy.  The oats do break down somewhat when combined with the wet ingredients. and they make you think there is flour present. The baking powder helps them rise just a little and improves the texture. The spices add a pleasant sweetness. They are good warm or cold with a big mug of hot herbal tea.

Oat & Corn Flour Banana Chocolate Muffins from Healthy Nibbles // Easy banana chocolate muffins made gluten free with oat and corn flour! You make the batter entirely in one bowl, which means fewer dishes!

Cream Cheese Stuffed Blackberry Oat Muffins from Healthy Delicious // Start your morning right with Blackberry Oat Muffins stuffed with a luscious lemon and cream cheese filling. They’re dairy free and made with whole wheat flour!

Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins with Pecan Streusel from The Healthy Maven // Round one really was delicious, but I’d describe them more as a “cake meets muffin” or “cuffin” if you prefer. Hard for me to advertise them to you guys when they were clearly having an identity crisis. So back to the drawing board I went. As it turns out, the extra maple syrup I initially added was not at all necessary and they came out way fluffier with no egg-yolk (take that all you yolk-obsessed crazies!). I also upped the flour to make them more healthy muffin and less “cuffin”.

Peanut Butter Banana Oat Muffins from The Lean Green Bean // These Peanut Butter Banana Oat Muffins are low in added sugar and high in fiber and flavor, making them the perfect healthy snack on a busy day!

Oatmeal Mixed Berry Muffins from Katie Heddleston, MS, RD // Ready for a savory muffin that is perfect for a breakfast or mid-day snack? Yeah, I thought so! You could definitely use just all blueberries, but the mixed berry created a very nice flavor.

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Raisin Muffins from The Actor’s Diet // I love how puffy these guys get – they’re quite pretty, and tasty too. I wouldn’t recommend these for a 4th of July get together (make my Flag Cake instead, which is even easier than this) because they may taste a little too healthy for a large group. For us, though, this little batch is perfect.
