Today we are celebrating October’s reign as #PizzaMonth! Here are some of our favorite pizza recipes from around the HLB community to add to your meal plan this month:

Lemon Herb Socca Pizza from Cotter Crunch // Lemon Herb Socca Pizza is a vegetarian farinata recipe that’s zippy, zesty, and delicious. Perfect to serve as an appetizer, flatbread, or light meatless meal. Grain free with vegan option.

Spinach Alfredo Pizza from Savor and Savvy // This Spinach Alfredo Pizza is creamy, gooey and cheesy and best of all, this easy recipe is ready in under 20 minutes.

Pesto Pizza with Roasted Red Pepper, Tomato, and Roasted Corn from Ari’s Menu // The pesto and the corn are without a doubt my favorite part. I loved the pesto on it’s own, and on a pizza it got EVEN BETTER. Plus, I looooove roasted corn, especially in the summer. I seek it out on menus when I go out to eat, and put it in almost everything I make at home. Sweet and crisp–it takes almost any dish to the next level!

Vegan Breakfast Pizza from Dianne’s Vegan Kitchen // Topped with vegetables, tofu scramble, and tempeh bacon, this Vegan Breakfast Pizza is the perfect dish for weekend brunch!

5 Ingredient Garlic Naan Pizza from Hello to Fit // Looking for a quick lunch or dinner? Try this 5 Ingredient Garlic Naan Pizza! With only five ingredients and only a short time to bake, you’ll have a meal on the table in record time. Cheesy, savory goodness, with some added spice from the Italian chicken sausage.

Garlic Mushroom Pizza from Hungry Healthy Happy // Garlic and pizza lovers rejoice, as we have quite possibly the most garlicky pizza you will ever eat. This Garlic Mushroom Pizza is so easy to make and comes with a serious garlicky punch.
