Did you know tomorrow, October 4th, is National Taco Day?! Here are some of our favorite recipes from around the HLB community perfect for Taco Day or your next #TacoTuesday:

low FODMAP Homemade Taco Seasoning from Treble in the Kitchen // The perfect blend of smoky and spicy create a flavorful low FODMAP homemade taco seasoning.  You’ll never even miss the store-bought stuff!

The Best Turkey Taco Recipe from Dash of Evans // Have you ever had dry, flavorless taco meat? Yeah, me too. This recipe makes the perfect turkey tacos, using one MUST HAVE tip. Who wants a fiesta night now?

A 30-Minuteish Weeknight Dinner for National Taco Day from Relishments // These tacos can be vegetarian or meat-eater friendly. Depending on the ingredients, they’re really fast and perfect for a week night!

Black Bean Taco Stuffed Sweet Potatoes from Savor and Savvy // Make these Vegan Black Bean Taco Stuffed Sweet Potatoes for a satisfying Mexican dish that’s healthy, fresh and amazingly flavorful.

Soy Curl & Kimchi Tacos from Dianne’s Vegan Kitchen // Made with savory Soy Curls and spicy kimchi, these easy-to-make Soy Curl and Kimchi Tacos are perfect for busy weeknights, and they’re sure to become a Taco Tuesday favorite!

Pan Roasted Cod Fish Tacos from Jeanette’s Healthy Living // Pan Roasted Cod Fish Tacos are healthy, delicious and quick to cook. I love fish tacos, but often the fish is coated in a batter and deep fried. Although fried fish tacos are delicious, they’re a lot higher in calories and fat than roasted or grilled fish.

Hawaiin Tuna Tacos from Healthy Helper // With a mix of fresh herbs, fruit, sauces, seasonings, and my favorite green chillies, I created a tasty taco filling that seafood lovers and non-seafood lovers alike will enjoy!

Pickled Pineapple Baja Fish Tacos from Cotter Crunch // Fish tacos with a sweet pickled pineapple relish and Baja flare! Goodness gracious these are a delight!

Jamaican Jerk Chicken Tacos with Grilled Pineapple Mango Salsa from Sweet Tooth Sweet Life // These Jamaican Jerk Chicken Tacos with Grilled Pineapple-Mango Salsa are a must-have for any time of year! Filled with protein and sweet, refreshing pineapple and mangoes, they’re a combination that can’t be beat!

Shredded Chipotle Chicken Tacos from The Almond Eater // These Chipotle Chicken Tacos are made by cooking chicken over the stovetop and shredding it, then seasoning it with chipotle sauce in adobo, making them spicy and delicious!

Vegan Tempeh Tacos from Running on Real Food // These tacos aren’t fancy but despite their simplicity they’re incredibly delicious and really hit the spot when you want a quick and easy dinner that doesn’t skimp on taste.

Stupid Easy Shrimp Tacos from Hungry Hobby // Restaurant quality creamy, slightly crunchy, and spicy shrimp tacos in less than 15 minutes. Taco night is every night of the week with this recipe!

Siracha Mango Tacos from Lemons and Zest // The thing I love the most about these tacos is the fact that they really don’t take any more time to make than my typical recipe. You can use frozen mango chunks or fresh mango. Toppings are always endless, but I love cilantro and shredded cabbage with a touch of cheese on these. A few slices of avocado pair nicely as well–great, now I want tacos again!

No-Fuss Breakfast Tacos from Fervent Foodie // For this round of breakfast tacos, I used soft scrambled Nellie’s free range eggs with Cabot Hot Habanero cheese plus some pickled red onions, avocado, and crunchy roasted chick peas. Easy and delicious, no stress needed.

Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos from Veggie Chick // These baked Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos are crispy, oil-free and completely loaded with spicy red-hot flavor. Top them with a little vegan ranch dressing and you’ll have yourself an absolutely addicting meal.
