1. What’s your name, blog name, and how did you create your blog title?

My name is Sara I blog at Runninginpink.com and that name came to be based on my love {at the time} for all things bright pink and training for my first marathon. A LOT has changed since then.

2. How would you describe your blogging style?

My blogging style takes you a long on my journey to find balance working a full time job and pursuing health and fitness goals on the side. I like to be a little sarcastic and not take things too seriously. And I almost always throw in a cute or funny shot of my 4 year old westie pup.

3. What daily health to-do is easiest for you to complete? Which is the one you struggle with every single day?

The easiest thing for me these days is eating tons of veggies and always drinking a lot of water. I recently signed up for a produce delivery service which I LOVE not only because I love their mission but because it forces me to try new recipes and get out of my food comfort zone. I spend a good chunk of my time every Sunday meal prepping which makes the rest of the week so easy.

However I have been pretty terrible at making time to exercise even though it’s something I love to do.

4. What is your healthy eating philosophy?

My healthy eating philosophy is 3 fold. Focus on eating more good instead of less bad, eat things that are delicious that you enjoy, and everything in moderation.

5. What’s one goal you’re working towards right now?

My goal this year is to figure out how I want to utilize my ACSM CPT which I got last summer.
