1. What’s your name, blog name, and how did you create your blog title?

My name is Meghan Dorsey. My blog’s name is Sweat Once a Day. I created my blog title because I literally love to get my Sweat on!!

 

2. What is one lesson you’ve learned about blogging since you first started your website?

One of the most important lessons I have learned about blogging is to spread the word and tag your post appropriately. When I say, “spread the word,” I mean it in every way. Verbally tell people you just published a new post, your friends will pass it along by word of mouth. Get on every social media, some of my favorites include pinterest, instagram, tumblr, facebook, twitter, ua what’s beautiful. When you have just published a new post, pin the pictures to pinterest, post to facebook, twitter, instagram, and ua what’s beautiful, using proper hash tags.

 

3. Let’s talk traveling: what is your favorite place to visit in your favorite city or town for vacationing?

I travel a lot. Every place I travel to I try to squeeze in a run, and then blog about my experience. The best way to explore a new place is to run through it. This February, I went to Thailand for the month. I went to an Elephant Sanctuary in Chiang Mai, and then I headed down south to Island hop. I woke up every morning and went running barefoot on the Thai beaches. It was amazing.

 

4. If you could live any place for the rest of your life, where would it be and why?

This world is a unique place, with so much beauty, it is too hard to choose an exact place. I will tell you this, I need to be by the ocean. Running barefoot on the beach is my favorite thing.

 

5.  Tell us about your favorite SOMETHING.

I am passionate about so many things. But one thing that has really made me swoon lately is Kindrunner.com. This company is doing amazing things.
