Anyone who participates in the challenge can receive $50 off the Winter Total Reset Plan, a 4 month virtual clean eating, meal planning service, during the month of January (available starting January 7) for motivation, help with meal planning and a kajillion recipes —  you’ll be halfway there! Enter the code COOKATHOME at checkout. Pre-order here now!

How can you get in on the action? It’s really simple — and it’s free! Click here for more details: http://bit.ly/CookatHomeChallenge

tribesportsThe sports and fitness enthusiasts over at Tribesports.com have set themselves a new Challenge: “reach the moon” by means of self propulsion.

Back in August when Neil Armstrong passed away one man decided to create a Challenge in his honour. He challenged the Tribesports community to total up their cumulative running, cycling, rowing and swimming to make the 384,400km it takes to get to the moon. At present over 224 participants have logged over 45,000km! Will you help them complete the trip by Neil’s next birthday?

If you need a new source of motivation this January then join the team on their journey and help them reach their target. To get involved head over to Tribesports, sign up for an account and take the “One Giant Leap for Mankind, One Small Step For Tribesports” Challenge.
