Savory BLT (Bacon, Leafy Basil and Tomato) Breakfast Corn Muffins from Savor the Thyme // There is a never ending need for fun breakfast recipes and this one fits the bill. Tell everyone it is a muffin with bacon and they will be sure to grab two.

BLT Salad with Avocado from Healing and Eating // This BLT salad with avocado will make your taste buds very happy. I definitely didn’t miss the bread. The key to making this salad awesome is the bacon. I made my own bacon bits (or bacon lardons if you want to be fancy!) Plus, I used a mixed variety of cherry tomatoes for different colors and flavor.

BLT Sweet Potato Noodle Bowls from Chicago Jogger // This easy recipe for BLT Sweet Potato Noodle Bowls includes the best parts of a bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich without any bread. I used spiralized sweet potato noodles and added avocado to make this fast and healthy dinner. This recipe can be made gluten free, paleo, or Whole 30 compliant.

BLT Panzanella Salad (Vegetarian-Friendly Option) from Sinful Nutrition //BLT Panzanella Salad Recipe — A deconstructed BLT sandwich made with bacon, toasted biscuit pieces, chopped romaine, sliced tomatoes, and a creamy buttermilk dressing. Can even be made vegetarian-friendly!

Summer Chicken BLT Salad from Badger Girl Learns to Cook // I have found that the best base for a salad is something dark and leafy with something lighter and crisper. I think that the dark and leafy gives the salad some depth, while the romaine makes it lighter and more palpable and refreshing.

Avocado BLT Bites from KH Nutrition // These bite-sized BLTs are quick and easy to toss together for your next picnic, barbecue or baby shower.  We’re holding the mayo and letting avocado create a creamy, satisfying surprise inside!  Make a classic BLT bite or choose tempeh bacon for your vegan/vegetarian friends!

BLT Grilled Romaine Wedge Salad with Lemon Dill Vinaigrette from Food Faith Fitness // This wedge salad is made of grilled romaine hearts that are tossed with turkey bacon, tomato, soft boiled eggs and a creamy, homemade lemon dill dressing! It’s a low carb, healthy salad for 300 calories!

BLT Wrap with Red Pepper Hummus from Semi Health Nut // This tasty wrap swirls together zesty flavors of the red pepper hummus, savory bacon and fresh veggies for the perfectly semi-healthy quick entree. Yes please!

BLT Frittata from Hungry Hobby // An awesome BLT style frittata recipe that is absolutely delicious (I’ve made it twice already!)

BLT Summer Rolls with Lime-Sriracha Dipping Sauce from No Thanks to Cake // These summer rolls were AMAZING!  I made the bacon the night before and simply assembled the rolls an hour before the party… and the ladies seemed to love them too!

BLT Pierogies from Fashion Meets Food // An easy amped up meal using your frozen pierogies.

BLT Salad with Creamy Mayo Vinaigrette from Amee’s Savory Dish // I participated in a food challenge at The Chopping Block and the dressing recipe that my teammates and I served with our dish was the inspiration for my lunch today (which I will also be sharing here soon). This creamy mayo vinaigrette is a healthier alternative to ranch dressing. My husband loved it so much, that he insisted that I make another batch. I love BLT’s and this is all of that delicious goodness sans bread, so it’s Paleo-friendly (when made with my Paleo mayo recipe). Enjoy.

Pimiento Cheese BLT Sandwiches from Kim’s Cravings // 5-Ingredient pimiento cheese BLT sandwiches are crisp, fresh, flavorful, and so delicious. If you love sandwiches, this is a must try!

Easy BLT Dip from Shugary Sweets // If you love Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomato sandwiches, you’ll devour this easy BLT Dip recipe in no time! Creamy and crunchy and perfect for game day!

Bacon Dust from Jeanette’s Healthy Living // Bacon Dust is a great way to finish a dish whenever you need a little bacon flavor, but don’t want to load up on the calories.

Pizza with Bacon, Avocado, and Tomato from Healthy Food for Living // I loaded up our weekly Friday night homemade pizza with sweet & juicy grape tomatoes, luscious avocado, and just enough crispy bacon to make it decadent.

Goats Cheese and Bacon Parcels from Lipstickle, Lettuce, and Lycra // This recipe for Goats cheese and bacon parcels is one I’ve been making for about 20 years. I first made it as a Christmas starter for a family Christmas when I was a teenager. It was my first steps into grown up cooking. Helping prepare food for my family on Christmas day and seeing everyone enjoy it was a great feeling, and I can still remember how proud I felt preparing it and feeling like I’d contributed to Christmas dinner!
