What’s your name, blog name, and how did you create your blog title?
Sana Waheed, SuperSana – I have always stood by the tagline, be your own Superhero!
How would you describe your blogging style?
very sporadic, I have tons of ideas but I am often too busy chasing my dreams and goals to actually write them down.
What are some of your favorite blogging tools?
PicMonkey, Lightroom App, WordPress App, and my iPad
What’s one goal you’re working towards right now?
Career: finishing my masters in Biotechnology, Personal: developing my photgraphy business, Health: Figuring out a new workout routine post move and marriage.
What is your healthy eating philosophy?
Eat everything, just less of it. Cut ever sweet treat in half and order the kids portions when eating out.
What daily health to-do is easiest for you to complete? Which is the one you struggle with every single day?
Easiest- Drinking water. Struggle- exercise, I don’t know how to balance cooking for my family and extended family obligations and exercising as a new wife.
What is something you’ve learned recently that you found interesting?
It is very important to have a positive internal dialogue. We have to be out biggest advocates, no one else well.
