How to be the CEO of your life and your business, healthy, wealthy and wise. Leading life takes a seamless blend of health, mindset, financial and personal planning for sustainable success. My blog focuses on the art of work/life BLEND and integrated happiness, financial security and personal growth.
What is one lesson you’ve learned about blogging since you first started your website?
Always be yourself, write from your own experience, ALWAYS practice what you preach. I am the same person on my show, working with my clients and writing, If you want to do a blog make sure your intentions are there to support others with practical proven advice. It’s not about getting likes or being famous it is about consciously coaching.
Do you ever experience days when you don’t want to make healthy choices? How do you motivate yourself when you really need it?
I don’t do fad diets or extreme exercise regimes, I was the head trainer for Women’s Health and Fitness Magazine for 5 years, have a background in Personal Training, Nutrition as well has being in business/corporate for 20 years. Health and fitness is a journey – it’s about listening to your body and treating it with respect. To not be strict and deny but to be conscious. have fun and to nourish
What is your favorite way to get moving, burn calories and energy, and get your exercise-on?
ANYTHING to do with water, walking my dog Roxy, surfing, skiing, biking, running – I LOVE TO MOVE
If you could live any place for the rest of your life, where would it be and why?
Where I am now – Noosa, Sunshine Coast QLD, Australia, It is business wise a quiet hub to be based from but has the most spectacular backdrop of nature as our gym. I have been bringing my clients and running retreats here for 10 years.
