What’s your name, blog name, and how did you create your blog title?
Mark Salinas and my site is Mark Salinas, Healthy Living Today. I originally started my blog as a way to keep motivated during my fitness journey.
What’s one goal you’re working towards right now?
A better writer, more vulnerable. I hope that my blog will continue to serve as inspiration to all those that are on their own journeys towards a healthier lifestyle(mentally, emotionally, physically).
How would you describe your blogging style?
Character Development? I do not like to be a “know it all.” My goal is to help others achieve constant growth and, through our shared experience, continue forward together. Be it diet, exercise, lifestyle choices, or just simply feeling better about one’s self, we all need to work together and support each other while we evolve.. I hope that my blog will continue to serve as inspiration to all those that are on their own journeys towards a healthier lifestyle.
What is your tagline and why?
I am Just a Guy on a Journey
I am very fortunate to have faced many challenges and obstacles wanting to continue along a positive path.

What is something about you that would shock us?
I appreciate someone who is a little unhinged but coming from a good place. I think scars can be mysterious because it means you made a blunder that led to chaos. I believe the biggest mistakes are our best lessons. That is part of the journey and how we must evolve.
What is your healthy eating philosophy?
Organic, plenty of water, feed the engine(metabolism).
