What’s your name, blog name, and how did you create your blog title?
Kalee Dillard from Sorey Fitness. My mom and I run an online healthy living business, and Sorey was my maiden name (her last name). So we decided on Sorey Fitness to incorporate both of us.
Does your blog have a tagline?
Building a healthy body and balanced life. We’re all about feeling your best inside and out. For us, that means healthy habits and finding balance in our lives.
How would you describe your blogging style?
Our blog style is an approachable outlook on healthy living. We’re all about eating a balanced diet and staying active to live the best life possible.
What is your healthy eating philosophy?
Our healthy eating philosophy is everything in moderation! If you start cutting food groups or labeling foods, you’re less likely to make it a lifestyle.
What daily health to-do is easiest for you to complete?
We definitely prioritize sleep because it helps with everything else. When we’re well-rested it’s easier to workout, grab water over caffeine drinks, and eat healthy.
What are some of your favorite blogging tools?
We love Canva.com! It makes making pictures so much easier!
What’s one goal you’re working towards right now?
We are working on getting our brand new blog design up by July! We’re so excited for that business goal. Personally, we are working on setting work hours and honoring them.
