What’s your name, blog name, and how did you create your blog title?
Mac Dodds, I have 2 blogs Live Good blog, and Myablebody.com I basically share the same content on both blogs. I decided to call my blog myablebody.com because I always want to be able to do things with my body.
What is your tagline and why?
Live your best life NOW…. Because there’s no guarantees about tomorrow.
What’s one goal you’re working towards right now?
I’m working on helping people through my new program called Mind 4 Life where we meet online weekly for 8 weeks and people lose weight and get in shape by doing small behavior changes and practice mindfulness.
What daily health to-do is easiest for you to complete? Which is the one you struggle with every single day?
Easy for me to eat non processed food. Harder for me to get to bed early. That’s one of the behaviors I’m working on with my Mind 4 Life participants.
What is your healthy eating philosophy?
Make your food and bring it with you. Eat off of small plates and drink out of skinny glasses. Shaves off calories without being noticeable.
