1. What’s your name, blog name, and how did you create your blog title?
My name is Laura Agar Wilson and my blog is now called Wholeheartedly Laura! I’ve had 3 different names in the past, Wholeheartedly Healthy was my last blog name, I love wholeheartedly because it’s about doing or being something with your whole heart.
2. How would you describe your blogging style?
Random! I’ve really embraced just being me so my blog topics are quite broad but after trying to niche myself in I feel so much better blogging about what I’m passionate about whether that fits into healthy living or not.
3. What’s one goal you’re working towards right now?
I’m working on getting my wellbeing habits back to where I’d like them after having my son 3 years ago – yes that’s 3 years it’s taken me to really find a routine again!
4. What is your healthy eating philosophy?
It might be cliche but I after suffering with orthorexia in the past, 80/20 balance is where it’s at for me. I don’t label food good or bad and always eat what makes me feel good – body and soul!
5. What daily health to-do is easiest for you to complete? Which is the one you struggle with every single day?
I’ve really struggled to find a groove with exercise around taking care of my son and running my business, it’s been trial and error figuring out when hitting the gym will fit into my routine.
