1. What’s your name, blog name, and how did you create your blog title?

I’m Josh Douglas-Walton, editor and writer for the HFE Blog.

2. What can a new visitor expect to find from your blog?

New visitors to the blog can except to informative, educational and engaging articles covering the length and breadth of the fitness industry. Our most popular topics include personal training, yoga and Pilates. Every month we also interview a leading fitness personal, personality or sportsperson with a few to gain greater insight into the health and fitness industry.

3. What is your favorite site to visit to find motivation in your healthy living journey?

Personally, is one of my favourites. It’s frequently updated with workout plans, diet and nutritional information, news and reviews covering a range of health and fitness topics.

4. If you could live any place for the rest of your life, where would it be and why?

Without a doubt it would have to be Paris for the culture, architecture, sites, language and much more. Not to mention it’s the home of the Paris Marathon!

5. Tell us about your favorite SOMETHING.

An easy book recommendation would be David Allen’s Getting Things Done, it really is a life-changing guide to achieving greater productivity.
