FridayFeatures3In our weekly Friday Feature, we share a 5-question interview with one of the fantastic members of HealthyLivingBlogs.com. Take the time to get to know your co-members, pick up tips and tricks, blogging know-how, and recommendations from your fellow bloggers. If you’re an HLB member and haven’t gotten your interview email yet, don’t worry, you will in time! We’re working our way through a list of 2,000+ members’ blogs at random.

1. What’s your name, blog name, and how did you create your blog title?

My blog name is Hungry Hobby. The story isn’t super exciting, I told my friend I wanted to start a blog called Healthy Hobby. I wanted the blog to be food and fitness focused and my maiden last name is Hobby. I knew using “Hobby” was a way to hang onto that part of my life after I got married. Then, my friend suggested Hungry Hobby and it stuck!

2. What is your tagline and why?

Craving balance between healthy and happy. It’s easy to go overboard in any direction, finding that moderation point is key for me.

3. Spread some blog love – which Healthy Living Blog do you read every single post from?

Skinnyfitalicious.com – she is my best friend, duh! But the cool thing is we met because of the blog world.

4. What are some of your favorite blogging tools?

Check out my favorites in this post: http://hungryhobby.net/best-blogging-tools/

5. What is your healthy eating philosophy?

It could be described as: a little wiggle room creates more consistency. I continually remind myself to go for protein and produce most often. I still enjoy treats, just not all the time. I never restrict myself from anything but I do strategically plan it. I eat as much real food as possible.
