FridayFeatures3In our weekly Friday Feature, we share a 5-question interview with one of the fantastic members of HealthyLivingBlogs.com. Take the time to get to know your co-members, pick up tips and tricks, blogging know-how, and recommendations from your fellow bloggers. If you’re an HLB member and haven’t gotten your interview email yet, don’t worry, you will in time! We’re working our way through a list of 2,000+ members’ blogs at random.

1. What’s your name, blog name, and how did you create your blog title?

Amber from Girl with the Red Hair.  I have red hair and have often been referred to or known as people’s ‘redheaded friend’ or ‘the girl with the red hair’ so that led to the name of the blog.

2. What is your tagline and why?

I don’t have a tagline but I often tell people my blog is about my everyday life with an emphasis on healthy living.

3. What are some of your favorite blogging tools?

Feedly for tracking blogs and I blog directly in wordpress but use google drive to keep track of blog ideas.

4. What’s one goal you’re working towards right now?

I am pregnant right now and due in November 2017 so I am just really focused on having a happy and healthy pregnancy and continuing to be active to some extent throughout the entire pregnancy.

5. What is your healthy eating philosophy?

I try really hard to have about an 80/20 balance. I also do Whole30 1-2 times per year to reset my eating. I love the Whole30 program and how amazing it makes me feel and every time I do it I end the 30 days feeling absolutely fantastic and proud of myself for fuelling my body with clean, whole foods.
