1. What’s your name, blog name, and how did you create your blog title?
Amanda Hernandez, RD from The Nutritionist Reviews. I chose the name “The Nutritionist Reviews” because I am a dietitian that started my blog by reviewing products (which I still love to do sometimes) and writing about nutrition and healthy recipes.
2. How would you describe your blogging style?
I blog about a variety of topics including creating recipes, talking about nutrition and health, writing about parenting, fitness and my dachshunds, etc. I get bored just sticking to one specific niche so I branch out and write about all different things that interest me.
3. What’s one goal you’re working towards right now?
I am working on getting back into shape after having my second baby (with no dieting or crazy exercise). I am always trying to grow my blog and make my content the best it can be while helping others. I also am always working on improving my food photography.
4. What daily health to-do is easiest for you to complete? Which is the one you struggle with every single day?
I make it a priority to drink plenty of water and walk a bunch because these things make me feel my best (something that I’m always writing about and focusing on). I struggle with being motivated to strength train and right now, sleep is a struggle with a new baby.
5. What are some of your favorite blogging tools?
I like using Picmonkey for picture collages for recipes, Boardbooster for pinning, Rafflecopter for giveaways and of course, all of the social media channels.
