1. What’s your name, blog name, and how did you create your blog title?

My name is Sabrina and last year in summer I started my blog, simply bee you. On this blog I am sharing my own journey towards self-love and well myself. That is probably why I came up with the name. It sounds so simple, oyu know. Be yourself, just be who you are. But who am I and how can I stay true to myself even in the most difficult of times?

2. How would you describe your blogging style?

I would describe my blogging style as occasional but straight from the heart. Every time I publish something I can tell I am a little afraid – what will the reaction be, what will people think? But then again I only write what I truly believe in and this is nothing anybody should feel scared of. But that also means that whenever I do not have anything to share or I am feeling stressed because of exams or work, I don’t force myself to write just to write.

3. Spread some blog love – which Healthy Living Blog do you read every single post from?

I love reading Raise Your Beat! It is the most inspiring blog to me, authentic, passionate and fun!

4. What daily health to-do is easiest for you to complete? Which is the one you struggle with every single day?

The easiest daily health to-do is my morning meditation practice. Simply because I can feel how much better I feel for the entire day and how much I benefit from it. I am really struggling, however, with drinking enough water. That is a tough one! I try to keep a bottle of water next to me at all times and force myself to finish it! Sometimes that works, sometimes it doesn’t.

5. What’s one goal you’re working towards right now?

“I want to know if you can be alone with yourself and if you truly like the company you keep in the empty moments.” – This is one verse of my favourite poem by Oriah Mountain Dreamer and it states exactly what I am working towards right now.
