1. What’s your name, blog name, and how did you create your blog title?

Our names are Jaime and Georgia and we are the creators of Hustle + Brussel. Our blog bane was created on a whim. The two parts of the name have very significant meanings. The “Hustle” refers to engaging in physical activity that feels good to your body, as well as the drive to find happiness and pursue your dreams. Meanwhile, the “Brussel” signifies our passion for healthy eating and plant-based living.

2. What can a new visitor expect to find from your blog?

There are so many things we emphasize at Hustle + Brussel! Our main goal is to foster healthy relationships with your body while allowing yourself to find flexibility in your day-to-day life. On our blog, you will find our personal stories and struggles, healthy recipes, motivational quotes, and playlists to spark happiness.

3. What is one lesson you’ve learned about blogging since you first started your website?

Oh gosh, we learn so much every day. One thing we have realized since starting our brand is the importance of authenticity. Readers respond well to posts that represent you, as a person. To posts that are deep, real, and sometimes a little uncomfortable to share.

4. What is your favorite site to visit to find motivation in your healthy living journey? What do you find from this website?

We love following The Good Quote on Instagram. They post the most inspirational quotes and messages that just get your mind filled with ideas!

5. Tell us about your favorite SOMETHING.

Right now, we are obsessed with the book, “Who Says You Can’t? You Do” by Daniel Chidiac. We keep it in our backpacks everywhere we go and pull it out whenever we need a boost! Go get your copy!
