I just posted a lentil recipe on my blog, but it does not use fresh ingredients. I am working overseas and only have a small room. So in order to be able to store food, I use a lot of dehydrated ingredients. Surprisingly the food always comes out great. I love lentils.

Oh my, I’ve been looking for cookie recipes with this type of mounty-crispy-outside but soft-cakey-inside for a long time. I love my baked sweets but never a cookie monster, until now! I just made it this weekend and LOVE it. I also blogged about it here: http://wp.me/p2Kg7Y-6J
