Well, well, well – you guys sure do know how to deliver when it comes to favorite recipes of all time! Last week’s recipe link up is full of great i-want-to-try-just-this-minute favorites you swear by and I think I may just have to cook myself through the list one right after another. First up on the list, Pasta Carbonara With Roasted Tomatoes from Cook with B!

Some words from B’s original post featuring the dish:
It’s so easy—I literally had every single ingredient on hand already—and it took no more than 15 minutes to prepare. For such a simple meal, the taste had a major bang for its buck: the egg sauce is so creamy and the bacon gives it this saltiness that just can’t be beat, especially when paired with the sweet roasted cherry tomatoes from my farm share. I may or may not have run to the kitchen to get us a spoon to lap up every last bit of sauce in our bowls.
And now, for today’s link up. As a reminder, your entries will be moderated. If your submission doesn’t appear right away, don’t fret: you’re link will be approved. Please limit yourself to 2 recipes per member, and make sure to include the name of your recipe.
This week’s recipe round up is calling for #FTWBreakfast! [spoiler alert: next week’s link up will be recipes featuring POTATOES!! Get ready to get spudsy]

My recipe is actually called Sweet Nectarine Oats. This was my first time submitting a link for recipe Wednesday, so clearly I needed some coaching on what to put in the “Name” field! Oops.
Thanks so much for featuring my pasta!
