Have you ever tried a diet only to realize that it was a ridiculous waste of time because it didn’t help you lose weight one bit? Where did you hear about this diet? Most likely you heard that some celebrity did it and thought, “oh let me give that a try”. Actually, I hope you’re all smarter than that, ha ha! Well tomorrow’s episode is all about a specific diet that gets a lot of attention… The Master Cleanse. Remember when Beyonce did it? A little about me: I am a hungry comedic TV/ Web Host and Nutritionist, trying to educate and entertain all at the same time! Every week I have been and will continue to, jump into pools of maple syrup, rub pork fat all over my body, make baby-food cupcakes, work the pole, chop cabbages, suck on lollipops, and oh so much more!
