WOOT! WOOT! All you fitness-loving friends headed to the Summit next week [yes. I said next week!] are in for yet ANOTHER awesome free fitness group activity! When we got word that a bunch of you would be starting the party early and arriving on Thursday, we tried our best to find some exciting activities for Thursday night and Friday morning. If you’re planning to be in Boston Friday morning, you’ll want to check this awesome opportunity out!
Kristen from Be Fit with Kristen will be giving a private Group Training and Conditioning class reserved for Healthy Living Summit 2012 attendees.
When: Friday morning, 8:00 AM
Where: Meet in the hotel lobby. We’ll walk together to a park super close by for our workout, which will last about an hour!

This class is appropriate for all levels and will include strength training, calisthenics, cardio drills and core work. Bring a towel or a mat if you don’t want to sit directly on the grass and bring plenty of water!
The class is free, but you must register to attend. Registration spots will be on a first registered, first reserved, basis. Make sure you go all the way through the checkout process to reserve your spot.
