Join your fellow HLS attendees for a one-hour, heart-pumping workout with Boston’s top outdoor fitness company: Ultimate Bootcamp (www.ultimatebootcamp.com)!
Ultimate Bootcamp will be hosting a free workout exclusively for HLS attendees. Burn between 500 and 700 calories per hour with partner relays, obstacle courses, drills and total body conditioning as we take our workout outside in Cambridge.
