www.livefitdaily.com I wanted to write something that would help me live ALL of my life in a fit way.
2. What’s one goal you are working on right now?
I am training and working on my goal of a half marathon this year!

I am a casual and heart felt girl. I write how I feel and speak with lots of….these!

Live your fit life! Being fit takes balance in all areas of life: mind, body, emotional and even home.
6. Do you have days when you just don’t feel like eating healthy, cooking, or exercising?
Yes, but I choose to be healthy any way. Tomorrow pays for what I did today!
7. What is something about you that would shock us?
After 33 years of eating all grains, I have recently gone GF. My body is thanking me everyday!
