Welcome to Suzi of Confessions of a Fitness Instructor!

1. What is your name, blog name, and how did you create your blog title?

My name is Suzi and I am the blogger behind “Confessions of a Fitness Instructor.” I chose my blog name because I felt like a lot of healthy living blogs showcased only the good food they ate, and omitted anything considered bad and I wanted to show the world that (at least for me) being healthy isn’t about being perfect.
2. If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Pizza. I love me some pizza.

3. How would you describe your blogging style?

Casual and {hopefully} humorous. I try to keep my blogging style light and blog about the things I like to read on other blogs

4. What is your tagline and why?

“Because being fit isn’t about being perfect” – because it’s not!
5. What’s the average amount of time you spend writing a post?

Probably 30-40 minutes
6. Do you have days when you just don’t feel like eating healthy, cooking, or exercising?

Yes. Don’t we all? And sometimes I sit around and do nothing but eat garbage – the key is I only do it for that day and the next day I get up and do my workouts and eat well and get back on track. Everyone is allowed an off day now and again.

7. What is something about you that would shock us?

I’m shy. Despite being a crazy zumba instructor when I’m on stage, when I’m not teaching I get quite nervous about social engagements, hate making phone calls, and am generally a hermit.
