A Crumb Falls is the culmination of several previous abandoned and evolved blogs from the keyboard of Clarice Brazas. This incarnation of her blog is about experiencing life. Sometimes life is all about food, fitness, travel, or politics; however, it is always about living life copiously and conscientiously.
It All Changes is Cynthia‘s acknowledgment that no matter how much she hates changes they keep coming. Through the changes she’s found that health comes in many forms, foods, and fun. The big changes are an over 100 pound weight loss, running a quarter marathon, and learning healthy changes are necessary…even if abit scary.
Keeping up With Kayla began as a place for Kayla Krech, a 20-something newlywed, to re-discover her zest for life through a list of 101 adventures for 2011. She aims to make each day an adventure (proving that buying a ukulele, killing a spider and wearing a swimming suit are all adventurous!) and inspires her readers to do the same. Through her dedication to live life honestly and guilt-free, Kayla shares not only her successes in healthy and intentional living, but also the inevitable struggles along the way
Run The Long Road documents the good, bad, and ugly of Kristy’s marathon training and her journey to qualify and run the Boston Marathon. Her obsession with running turned into a passion for coaching others. She is a RRCA-certified running coach and enjoys sharing training tips and advice on her blog.
Almost one year ago, Courtney finally sat down and hit "publish" for her first post on Sweet Tooth, Sweet Life. Her interests in healthy living, food, fitness, fashion and living life to the fullest shows that a healthy, balanced lifestyle is attainable for anyone. She loves making healthy meals, baking sweet treats, and experimenting with new foods, proving that a little indulgence now and then is totally acceptable!
The Gravy Boat is manned by Paige Lysaght, a Certified Health Coach, kitchen newbie, and recovering sugar addict who knows that healthy, happy living doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive. When she’s not totally immersed in running her coaching business, Paige is couponing, engaging in mindless reading, and trying to get into that whole exercise thing (for real this time). She knows that even health coaches have some bugs to work out, but she’s confident that tacos and cheap wine not only pair well together, but are definitely part of that healthy lifestyle she’s striving for.
Will Run For Health chronicles one girl’s love/hate relationship with running and her daily shenanigans in her pursuit of living a healthy lifestyle. As a graduate student at Johns Hopkins University, Carla Shorts found herself miserable, overweight, and battling a serious addiction to negative self talk and mini-powered sugar donuts. Fast forward 3 years (and two marathons) later, Carla maintains her 40 pound weight loss and positive attitude through running, yoga, and the occasional beer.
