Welcome to Lauren from Say What You Need To Say!
1. What is your name, blog name, and how did you create your blog title?
Say What You Need To Say
Obviously, the name of my blog is not original. When I started the blog, it really didn’t have a focus or a theme, I just used it as more of an electronic diary to document my daily life and thoughts. At the time, “Say What you Need to Say” was playing over and over in my head, and it just seemed to sync for the title.
2. What are ten words that apply to you and your healthy living journey?
In no particular order….Wholesome. Natural. Attainable. Real. Fulfilling. Purposeful. Happy. Organic. Constant. Delicious.
3. How would you describe your blogging style?
I’d say it’s pretty predictable. I usually provide a daily recap including small tid bits of my own healthy musing, whether it be emotional, physical, or spiritual.
4. What is your tagline and why?
Forever “Full”Filled with Health, Happiness, and Love.
I believe that being healthy is not something that has to be difficult. I have had my ups and downs with health, (who hasn’t) but in the end, I am entirely fulfilled with the way my life is. I feel so lucky to be able to live a healthy, happy, and loving life.
5. What is something you’ve learned recently that you found interesting?
I recently discovered not all criticism has to be negative. I have a hard time taking any kind of criticism, even when it is constructive. But the older I get, the more I appreciate when people call me out. Building walls will only make you a smaller person in the end.
6. What’s the average amount of time you spend writing a post?
7. What is something about you that would shock us?
I’m one of the only bloggers who DOESN’T love OIAJ (Oats in a Jar). <<GASP>>
