To mean, health means making the right choices to keep not only my body but my mind and spirit in balance.  It means eating foods that give me energy and fuel without bogging me down.  It means getting good and sweaty so that my body gets stronger and my daughter learns that exercise is a normal part of every day.  It means learning to manage my time in such a way that I can take 1-2 hours of alone time every weekend to relax, hang out at the coffee shop, and let my head rest.  It means maintaining relationships with friends and family so that I always have a support system, somewhere to turn when things feel over whelming.
