I love this question. Everyone has their own definition of what they think health means to them, but I think many of us can agree that health is all about making good choices for ourselves. It all comes down to the choices we make for ourselves. Whether it is food, exercise, or being happy, that’s health right there.
We all have the choice to eat healthy, or not. We decide whether to work out, or just sit at the couch and watch TV (hopefully you choose working out though!). Also, we have the choice to look at life and accept what we have, and if we don’t have something we want, it is our choice to really go and get it! There really isn’t anyone that can make you healthier, except you!
Although it is easier said than done, I’ve realized that anything is truly possible when you want it that bad and you work for it. So if you want to be healthy, you’re the only one that can make that happen!
